Annapurna Yojana form – online apply & PDF guidance
People often search for “Annapurna Yojana form PDF,” “Annapurna Bhandar form download,” or “online apply.” Forms and online applications should come from official Government of West Bengal channels. Annapurna Check explains how to find them—we do not replace the government form system or host files pretending to be official.

Preferred path: online on Social Registry
For new applicants, online application was announced on the Annapurna Yojana / Social Registry workflow from around 1 June 2026. Open https://socialregistry.wb.gov.in/citizen/ and use the application entry points shown on the live site.
Keep ready: Aadhaar, bank account in the applicant’s name (preferably Aadhaar-seeded / DBT-ready), residency proof, recent photograph, and any other fields the live form requires (for example Swasthya Sathi details where asked).
- Visit the official citizen portal (bookmark socialregistry.wb.gov.in yourself).
- Complete applicant login only on that government site.
- Fill the online Annapurna Yojana / related application form carefully.
- Submit and save acknowledgement / application reference privately.
- Later, return to the same portal for status and verification updates.
Offline / camp forms
When the state runs registration drives or Duare Sarkar-style camps, printed forms may be available at authorised local offices. Use forms handed out by government staff—not random PDFs from messaging apps.
If you download a PDF from the internet, confirm it is linked from a .gov.in page or an official notice. Unofficial sites often upload outdated or altered files.
Why we do not host a “official form PDF” here
- Hosting a PDF on a private domain can mislead people into thinking it is government-issued
- Forms change; an old file can cause rejection
- The authoritative place for online apply remains the official portal
- We link to official channels and explain documents—without collecting your data
After you submit the form
Track verification and approval with an Annapurna Yojana status check on the official portal. Approval still does not guarantee that a specific month’s ₹3,000 has already been credited—confirm bank credit separately.
